Data we process

We process your resume and its text, the corrections you select, your email address, technical data required to keep the service secure and, if you subscribe, the payment identifiers supplied by Stripe. Ready4Jobs does not store your card number.

Purposes and legal bases

• Analysing and rewriting your resume: performance of the requested service.
• Managing your account and subscription: performance of the contract.
• Preventing abuse and securing the service: legitimate interests.
• Meeting our accounting obligations: legal obligation.

Processors and international transfers

Data may be processed by Supabase (database and storage), OpenAI (analysis and rewriting), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Upstash (abuse prevention), subject to their applicable data-processing agreements and transfer safeguards.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics measures page views and steps in the user journey so that we can improve the service. Your IP address is anonymised before it is used in analytics reports.

Retention

Resumes and rewrites are retained for 30 days after the last activity on a free account and for the duration of a subscription, followed by 30 days. Required billing data is retained for the applicable statutory period.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of or objection to processing, or portability of your data by emailing contact@ready4jobs.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
