Data we process

We process your resume and its text, the corrections you select, your job listings and letters, your practice-interview settings and transcripts, the resulting reports, your email address, technical data required to keep the service secure and, if you choose a paid plan, payment identifiers supplied by Stripe or, for a Mobile Money payment, your phone number and the operator you chose, shared with pawaPay. Ready4Jobs does not store your card number.

Purposes and legal bases

• Analysing and rewriting your resume: performance of the requested service.
• Running practice interviews, transcribing your answers, and producing a report: performance of the requested service.
• Managing your account and subscription: performance of the contract.
• Preventing abuse and securing the service: legitimate interests.
• Meeting our accounting obligations: legal obligation.

Processors and international transfers

Data may be processed by Supabase (database and storage), OpenAI (analysis, rewriting, and real-time audio processing), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (card payments), pawaPay (Mobile Money payments), and Upstash (abuse prevention), subject to their applicable data-processing agreements and transfer safeguards.

Voice and transcripts

During a practice interview, the audio stream is sent to OpenAI in real time to conduct the conversation and produce a transcript. Ready4Jobs never writes an interview audio file to its storage. Only the transcript, the frozen dossier used by the interviewer, session information, and the written report are retained in your account.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics measures page views and steps in the user journey so that we can improve the service. Your IP address is anonymised before it is used in analytics reports.

Retention

Resumes, rewrites, applications, interview transcripts, and reports are retained for 30 days after the last activity on a free account and for the duration of paid access, followed by 30 days. Ready4Jobs retains no interview audio recording. Required billing data is retained for the applicable statutory period.

Your rights

The data controller is Julien Savoy (Ready4Jobs), canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. You may request access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of or objection to processing, or portability of your data by emailing contact@ready4jobs.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national authority, such as the CNIL in France.
