Interviewer

Tell me about a project you led across several teams.

You

I led the launch of three digital products with the product and sales teams…

Your resume

The interviewer knows the roles, experience, and outcomes you actually provided.

Your application

Add the job and cover letter for questions targeting the role and organisation.

Your language

The interview follows the resume language—French or English—never the default interface language.

Complete preparation

Choose the context. Speak. Work through the report.

01

Set up the simulation

Choose a general interview or an application, then the language, tone, and an estimated 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

02

Answer out loud

The conversation flows naturally: pause to think, interrupt, and develop your answers.

03

Receive a written report

The report quotes you, identifies what holds an answer back, and builds a stronger version from your evidence.

Verifiable feedback

Your exact answers, not one-size-fits-all advice.

Every finding connects an observation to the question, a verbatim excerpt, and a concrete answer you can practise.

Question

Tell me about a project you led across several teams.

Your words, verbatim

I worked with several teams on three products, and it went well.

A stronger answer

I coordinated the product and sales teams to launch three digital products. My role was to align priorities and keep each release on track.

Transient audio

Ready4Jobs never stores your voice.

Audio is used only to run the real-time conversation. After it ends, only the transcript and written report remain in your account.

Interview practice questions

Is interview practice free?+

No. Practice interviews are included with paid plans and use one credit when they start. The resume score remains free with no account required.

Do I need a job description?+

No. Run a general interview from your resume, or add a job and cover letter to target a specific role.

How long does a simulation last?+

Choose an estimate of 5, 10, or 15 minutes. The interviewer closes naturally after your final answer; only the 15-minute technical limit can force an ending.

Is the audio recorded?+

No. Ready4Jobs stores no audio file. Only the transcript, interview context, and written report are retained.

Can the report invent an achievement?+

No. A better answer may present existing evidence more clearly, but it must never fabricate a number, employer, or result.

The resume remains the starting point

Prepare the next conversation from your real experience.

Check your resume free first. Your simulation can then use your background and the application you choose.
